My dear Moscow Pride
It is with great trembling and happiness that our local committee begins one of the most important processes in history - the election of a new LCP.
No matter what crises, joys and sorrows befall us, Moscow will always remain Moscow, the Local Committee on which the others will be equal. The secret is simple - we never forget who we are and that we are Top 1. This is our vocation, our nature, and our duty in front of the AIESEC in Russia - to set the leadership that is important to us and to be a representative.
Leading Moscow Pride and being its leader is an incredibly ambitious task, but one thing I know for sure is that if you have enough unconditional and sincere love for our people, you have a strong core of values and you are a truly DARE leader, this path is worth it, my dear Lion!

- Общая координация деятельности AIESEC в Москве;
- Официальное представление AIESEC в Москве перед научными, деловыми и общественными кругами;
- Официальное представление AIESEC в Москве перед государственными и некоммерческими организациями;
- Официальное представление AIESEC в Москве перед другими ЛКами, на официальных мероприятиях AIESEC в России и в мире;
- Взаимодействие с руководящими органами AIESEC в России и в мире;
- Внедрение в AIESEC в Москве решений и рекомендаций руководящих органов AIESEC в России и в мире;
- Отслеживание, анализ и представление руководящим органам AIESEC в Москве информации о тенденциях развития AIESEC в России и в мире;
- Отслеживание критериев членства и иных требований, предъявляемых AIESEC в Москве со стороны AIESEC в России, и соответствия AIESEC в Москве таким требованиям;
- Взаимодействие с организациями - партнерами AIESEC на региональном, национальном и международных уровнях;
- Подписание от имени AIESEC в Москве финансовых документов, как-то: договоров, конвенций, соглашений;
- Визирование от имени AIESEC в Москве финансовых документов с правом первой подписи;
- Исполнение положений и решений, принятых Конференцией Президентов Локальных комитетов AIESEC в России;
- Принятие оперативных решений в период между собраниями руководящего совета;
- Председательство на собраниях Исполнительного Совета;
- Председательство на Собраниях действительных членов.

- Talk to the LC. Approach Members, TLs, and Managers to find out about their experience and Moscow Pride current state and needs. Find inspiration and strategical insights in their sharings. These people are your future teams
- Approach current and alumni LCPs to learn more about the position and challenge your motivation. Feel free to talk to Leaders for other LCs and Entities as well as for Moscow Pride
- Write specific tactics and avoid abstractions when answering application questions. Make sure that your thoughts are data-based
- Stay true to your beliefs and define clearly where do you want to lead Moscow Pride in your term. How will it influence generations after you?
